Condominium Inspections

This inspection is an interior-only inspection that covers the inside of the personal unit. Attics, crawl spaces, exteriors, roofs, common areas, parking garages, or staircases and railings are not included in a condominium inspection.  Common areas, if available for review,  will be reviewed by the inspector and commented on in the report for informational purposes and as a courtesy to our clients.
